Arrival and departure 

Your room will be available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to use your room for longer or extend your stay, please coordinate this with the hotel reception.

Bathroom department

Our medical spa department, recognized by all health insurance companies, can be reached via the 1st floor. The original Bad Steben remedies moor, radon and carbon dioxide are also used here. Prescriptions (not older than 10 days) from your family doctor can be brought with you. 

Bathrobes

Bathrobes and sauna towels are available in the room. Additional towels are available free of charge at the hotel reception. 

Bathing shoes

Have you forgotten your bathing shoes? Then we will be happy to help you. Please contact the hotel reception - telephone 100.

Banquet

Are you planning an event, conference or family celebration? Our banquet manager, Ms. Marion Seidel-Wollner, will be happy to provide you with further information on telephone 519.

Bar

Our bar is open Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. We look forward to your visit. The bar is closed on Sundays. However, you are welcome to order drinks at the hotel reception at any time.

Beauty farm = relexa SPA

The beauty farm team offers you a variety of cosmetic and wellness treatments. The beauty farm can be found on the 1st floor (towards Parkschlößchen).

You haven't booked an appointment before your arrival? Then you are welcome to ask for free appointments in the beauty farm office from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. Please understand if an appointment is no longer possible and be sure to book your next stay before arrival.

Bike network

You can get an overview plan of the most beautiful bike tours around Bad Steben at reception. See also bike rental.

Bike rental

There are 2 e-bikes available. The cost is €18.00 per bike for half a day or €28.00 for the whole day. Helmets are also provided. Please contact our reception to make an appointment.

Breakfast

Our rich, vital breakfast buffet awaits you from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You have free choice of seating. We wish you a relaxing start to the day!

Cafe

In the afternoon, our coffee machine and a small selection of cakes are available for self-service in the restaurant from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Please add your name to the list provided - we will book everything to your room.

Charging cable

If you have forgotten your mobile phone charging cable, then ask at our reception on telephone 100. We have various rental cables available for you.

Cure

The Parkschlößchen sanatorium is connected to the relexa hotel.

Dogs

Your four-legged friend is welcome in your room, but unfortunately not in the restaurants or in the entire wellness area. The cost is €10.00 per dog/day without food.

Doctor

The practice of Dr. med. Klaus Tinter, specialist in general and sports medicine, spa doctor, men's medicine cmi, is on the ground floor of the Parkschlößchen. Please dial - Telephone 540. 

Drinks fridge

In the hotel lobby you will find a refrigerator with a small selection of drinks. You are welcome to help yourself there. Billing takes place directly at the hotel reception.

Ergometer room

Our ergometer room on the 2nd floor (above the beauty floor) offers you the opportunity to exercise in any weather. Various ergometers (bicycle ergometers, cross walkers and treadmills) are available to you all day long in compliance with hygiene regulations. Pre-registration is not required. Please disinfect the devices yourself before/after use.

Excursions

Would you like to discover the surrounding area yourself? You can find tips and information in our morning post. The reception also has numerous flyers with suggestions available for you.

Fire alarm system

We have a fire alarm system in the entire hotel and room area that is activated in the event of smoke etc., which is why we ask you not to smoke in the hotel, in the room or on the balcony. For all smokers we have a smoking pavilion near the hotel reception. Thank you for your understanding!

Please keep calm! Please note the instructions on the inside of your room door and inform reception.

Gym

Our fitness room with various equipment is located on the 2nd floor and is available to you all day without prior appointment. Please disinfect the devices yourself before/after use.

Hotel sports

We offer water aerobics, spine and relaxation training from Monday to Friday. Participation is free of charge. You can find the times in the information corner opposite reception. Please register at reception. The registration deadline is 7 p.m. the day before. Sports free!

Hygiene items

If you have forgotten your toothbrush, shaving kit or sanitary towels, you can purchase them at reception.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is possible throughout the house. Simply dial in via the Telekom network. An access code is not required.

Kiosk

If you have forgotten your toothbrush, shaving kit or bathing shoes, you can purchase these at reception, as well as newspapers, magazines, stamps and postcards.

The minibars are currently not switched on. In the hotel lobby you will find a self-service drinks refrigerator. Billing takes place directly at reception.

We will leave incoming messages/mail/newspapers in your room locker at reception.

Newspapers

The regional daily newspaper is available free of charge at the reception. We offer other daily newspapers for sale at our reception.

Night porter

Our reception is staffed around the clock. If the night porter is not available, he may be on one of the regular nightly patrols. Please be patient.

Nordic walking

Around Bad Steben you will find a 26 km well-signposted Nordic walking trail network with a total of 10 circuits. You can get an overview plan at reception. Renting walking sticks is free of charge.

Nutritional advice

Our nutritionist will be happy to inform you about different diets and give you tips on the topic of nutrition. Please make an appointment via reception - telephone 100.

Payment

You can pay with us in cash, with EC card, Eurocard, Visa and American Expresscard.

Park

Parking spaces are available free of charge behind the hotel and are marked accordingly. The disabled parking space is only available to guests with a permit and is checked by the police. Parking is prohibited in the turning circle in front of the hotel (fire department access).

Kur-Apotheke – Badstr. 3 – Tel.: 97500 or Luitpold Pharmacy – Poststr. 2 – Tel.: 984444 Both pharmacies are within walking distance of 300 m and 500 m respectively.

Photocopies

We would be happy to make photocopies for you for a small fee. Please contact reception.

Pillow selection

We have a small selection of pillows ready for you. Contact the housekeeper – telephone 534.

Please-do-not-disturb

Simply hang the sign provided on the outside of the room door if you do not want to be disturbed or if you do not want the room to be cleaned.

Radio

You can receive various radio stations on the television.

Repairs

If you notice any technical defects in your room, we would like to thank you for informing us. Please contact the hotel reception.

Restaurant

Our restaurants are on the ground floor. The opening times are as follows:

  • Breakfast 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m
  • Lunch Quick lunch (soup of the day/salads from the buffet) 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. – upon reservation
  • Dinner 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - last meal order possible until 8:30 p.m
We have reserved tables for you in the evening as part of our half board. You will be seated by our service team on the first evening. You are also welcome to eat á la carte. Please ask in the restaurant - also by telephone 546 from your room or at the hotel reception telephone 100 - by 5 p.m. on the day of your order!

Reception

You can reach our reception 24 hours a day by calling 100 or pressing the “Reception” button.

Room service

Our room service is available for drinks orders from 7 a.m. to midnight and for food orders only until 8 p.m. for the time being. Please dial telephone 100. A service charge will apply.

Room

We do not clean the rooms daily. However, we would be happy to comply with your cleaning request, so our request: Please contact the hotel reception the day before you want to clean and we will note you on the cleaning list for the next day.

Bathrobes and sauna towels are available in the room. Additional towels are available free of charge at reception.

We empty your trash cans every day if they are left in front of your room door by 10 a.m.

There are baskets in the hallways for your dirty towels.

Room breakfast

If you wish, we will be happy to serve you a room breakfast. Please let our service or reception staff know your wishes - a service surcharge will apply.

Safe

There is a safe in your wardrobe for your personal valuables.

Sewing service

For smaller sewing jobs, please contact the housekeeper - telephone 534.

Sustainability

We stand for sustainability and are currently in the certification process with GreensignHotel. Every employee is required to work carefully with our resources - water and electricity consumption, waste separation and waste avoidance - are particularly important issues for us. You are welcome to order a taxi through our hotel reception. The costs for this are calculated separately.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is currently €3.30 per person/night for private stays and €1.65 per person/night for business stays and is calculated separately. You will receive your guest card at reception.

Umbrellas

We won't leave you out in the cold... You can borrow it from our hotel reception.

Wake-up service

We are happy to wake you up at any time of the day or night. Please inform the hotel reception.

Waste separation

We would be happy if you separated your rubbish (plastic, paper, glass) - please note our marked rubbish bins on the 1st floor in the main building, on the left of the elevator, after the transition from the parking lot. Thank you!

Wellness landscape

Our wellness area is available to you every day. You need your room key to enter.

  • Swimming pool daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m
  • There is a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna (80 degrees/without ) and a steam bath
Open for you from Sunday to Thursday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday + Saturday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.!

Entry is only possible with your room key.
